The Summer 2025 program spans Sunday, May 25th, 2025 to Saturday, August 9th, 2025.

There is no deadline to register for summer housing, but please be aware that our residence halls may fill.

Reservation Flexibility

Individual residents may select any arrival and departure dates that fall within their reservation dates without impacting their housing or dining charges by visiting the departure/arrival hub.

2025 Rates

All summer residents are charged a flat rate by room type opens in a new window for their summer in NYU Housing.

If a registrant will be enrolled in coursework for only one half of the summer, they can register to stay for the corresponding dates to be charged a partial-summer rate. Enrollment is verified on a rolling basis.

Residents in traditional style accommodations (no kitchens) are required to maintain a meal plan opens in a new window during the summer. Minimum meal plan pricing is listed alongside the housing rates for these accommodations.

If a resident is approved for a room change that alters their room rate, the rates will be prorated based on the approximate duration of their stay in each room type.
